All sizes listed on our website are UK sizes. To choose the right bra size, please refer to the size guide available on each product page. You will also find our recommendations for taking your measurements correctly.
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email from Oncovia customer service containing a summary of your items, the total amount paid and the delivery address. If you cannot find this email, please check your spam folder.
You can also check that your order has been successfully placed by logging into your account and going to the ‘My Orders’ section. If your order has been processed, it will be displayed there with all the details.
Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours if all items are in stock.
For out-of-stock items, dispatch times vary between 5 and 10 days. Stock status and delivery times are indicated under the ‘Add to basket’ tab on each product page. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team, who will be able to provide you with more information about delivery times.
Important: we do not offer partial deliveries. If an item is out of stock, the order will be shipped once it is complete.
