How to knot your scarf during chemotherapy?

How to tie a long scarf?

The most classic chemo scarf is usually a pre-formed scarf with two long ends that you tie around your head. There are lots of different styles! Long ends hanging loosely at the nape of your neck, tied at the top, tied in a rosette for a more romantic look, crossed over your head... it's up to you!

 

How to tie a chemo bandana?

There are also smaller scarves, called bandanas, which also have a pre-formed cap and two very short ends that tie at the back of the neck to ensure a secure fit. Chemo bandanas are very popular in summer. Extremely easy to tie, you can adopt this style of scarf if you are looking for a small scarf that goes with everything!

 

 

How to accessorise your scarf or hat during chemotherapy?

For even more pizzazz and originality, don't hesitate to personalise your scarves or chemo hats with brooches, jewellery or headbands. Earrings also add movement and finish off your outfit beautifully. Choose slightly dangling earrings for a more sophisticated look.
