Delivery

ATTENTION: Because of Brexit border problems we currently do not deliver to the UK anymore.

We have chosen Colissimo (standard French postal service) as our delivery providers for International deliveries.

All accepted online orders are dispatched within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. Any orders placed at the weekend will be sent out on Monday.  

In the case of an order containing one or several unavailable products, as well as one or several available products, we will ship your order once we have received all the ordered products

For orders delivered outside of the European Union, taxes and custom duties may apply. These extra fees are at the customers charge and should be paid on delivery. Your order total does not include these possible taxes and custom duties.

Delivery cost for businesses is 15€ (VAT not included) for all orders to the United Kingdom and Ireland. Please note that for businesses in other countries, delivery costs may vary. Please contact ONCOVIA directly for more information about delivery costs to a specific country.
