If a product does not comply, you can return it and be reimbursed within 100 days. Please note that all return delivery fees are at the customer’s expense.
Oncovia does not accept exchanges, if the customer would like to exchange a product, they will need to place a new order on the website.
Important: No returns will be accepted for any cosmetic and makeup products that are not sold in a sealed packaging at purchase and can be opened freely on delivery.
To return a product, the customer must request a return by telephone, email or on the website in “My Account”.
The reimbursement will be made to the bank account used for payment. The reimbursement will be made within a delay of 14 business days following receipt of the returned product(s).

If the product returned is refused by Oncovia, it will be sent back to the Customer at the expense of Oncovia and the customer will not be able to necessitate compensation of any kind.
Important: The original delivery fees will remain at the customer's expense. Only the value of the products paid for by the customer at payment will be reimbursed. Oncovia will be responsible for the return of a customer's product if it is damaged or there is a delivery error, only then will the customer be reimbursed for the delivery fees.
