Advice

For daily use
Use the Logodent toothpaste at least twice a day after meals.
Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to a flexible toothbrush and brush teeth for at least two minutes.
Use small circular movements, moving from the gum towards the teeth. Brush the tongue to refresh breath.
