The Eye Care black high tolerance eyeliner crayon is ideal for adding a bit of rock to your look, even if you have sensitive eyes or allergies. Its fragrance and paraben-free formula enriched with shea butter and jojoba oil makes it extremely mild. The thin tip enables you to choose between a thinner or thicker line depending on your mood. People with very sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers should avoiding applying makeup to the inside of the eye.
Apply to a clean, dry face over a makeup base or naked skin. Begin the line, starting from the inside corner of the eye, moving outwards for more elegance and finesse.Â
Go over the line once or twice depending on the finish you would like to give your look. Remove with a mild, alcohol-free makeup remover.
