The Même Cosmetics hair and nail dietary supplement is intended to nourish hair and nails from the inside and thus promote hair and nail growth after cancer. After cancer treatment, you surely want to help your body move forward. But the nails are still brittle sometimes, the hair can take a little too long to grow back.

 Consisting of plants, vitamins and minerals, this "hair and nails" dietary supplement is suitable for the period after cancer treatment. Working from within, this dietary supplement stimulates hair growth while strengthening nails. 

In the composition we find in particular: 

Arugula: to promote hair growth 

Nettle: to strengthen brittle nails and hair Biotin

(Vitamin B8): to maintain normal hair 

Zinc: to maintain healthy nails and hair 

But also a great cocktail of vitamins B6, B2, B9 and B12 

Pack of 90 capsules, i.e. 1 month of treatment

 

Take 3 capsules daily by swallowing with a glass of water before, during or after a meal, spaced apart or all 3 at a time. For better effectiveness, a course of 3 months is recommended. 

Precautions for use 

*Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Use is not recommended in people on antidiabetic medications, taking coumarin anticoagulants or suffering from ulcers/gallstones.
