Amoena's Essential Light 2S Ebony external breast form is ideal for women with darker skin after breast surgery.

A lighter implant for greater comfort

An Amoena Light breast form is an external breast form that is up to 30% lighter than a standard breast form, and weighs exactly the same as the non-operated breast.

The Light prosthesis is particularly recommended for generous breasts, from around 95C (i.e. a size 6), who are looking for lightness.

What's more, the lighter model greatly reduces backache due to the weight of the breast form, as well as shoulder, neck or trapezius pain caused by incorrect positioning with a breast form that's too heavy for your body type.

The Essential range for maximum simplicity

Very affordable in terms of price, you'll appreciate its natural effect for restoring a harmonious silhouette. The Essential model restores symmetry and balance after a mastectomy. This very comfortable breast form is made from the same silicone on both sides. Its super-soft film makes it very soft to the touch.

The essential models are for you if you have no particular problems after your operation. For example, you have no problems with :

  • oedema or lymphatic circulation,
  • scarring
  • sweating or hot flushes
  • pains
  • you do not want an adherent prosthesis

In this case, we recommend that you choose the Natura range.

Understanding breast implants

Understanding the characteristics of breast forms is essential for greater comfort and, above all, for a symmetrical, balanced figure. Here is the identity card for the Essential Light 2S Ebony breast form from Amoena.

  • A prosthesis with curve 2: Curve 2 (which you can read in "2S") corresponds to an average curve. In other words, it's not a very sagging breast (which would be curve 1) or a high breast (which would be curve 3).Don't hesitate to use the diagram below to determine your shape and choose your breast form.
  •  Symmetrical shape: This shape allows you to wear your prosthesis on either side of your body. Depending on your morphology and your operation, choose the shape of your prosthesis (symmetrical, asymmetrical, universal, etc.).
  • A Light prosthesis: As we said before, for greater back and shoulder comfort.
  • A model from the essential range: for a simple, practical prosthesis at an affordable price.
  • The Ebony colour: a new Amoena model, the Ebony colour is aimed at dark-skinned women looking for a breast form that matches their skin tone as closely as possible. (For those with slightly fairer skin, don't hesitate to take a look at the "Tawny" mod

LOOKING AFTER BREAST FORMS:

Wash regularly with warm water or with a small amount of fragrance-free soap
Rinse, then carefully dry with a terry towel
When you are not wearing your breast form, make sure you keep it in its box so that it retains its shape
You can wear your prosthesis whilst swimming in a pool or the sea, and rinse immediately with freshwater.

NB. any cuts made by sharp objects are irreparable
