Monofilament parting imitates the scalp for a natural look.
This synthetic Tilda wig from Gisela Mayer with a Mono-parting*** cap is a pretty plunging bob cut: shorter at the back and long at the front. The hair is styled for more movement and volume on the sides and at the back. The long hair at the front brings a touch of femininity to this wig. It perfectly hides hair loss caused by alopecia or chemotherapy.
Mono-parting***: The cap is machine-sewn, except for the hair parting which is monofilament. Monofilament means that the hair has been hand-sewn onto a thin lace for a more natural finish.
This wig is a standard sized model, measuring 54 to 58 cm around the head.
Please read the following important information to ensure the proper upkeep of your wig:
Synthetic Fibre (Modacrylic)
NB. This fibre cannot handle any heat source (hair dryers, straighteners, hot water…). It is the most popular fibre used in the making of wigs due to its large choice of colours.
Certain wigs have a Lace Front: A fine lace mesh placed at the front of the wig to ressemble the hair line, for a more natural look.
